Yes, the Marks 4WD Portal Axel Kits are Fully certified with engineering and manufacturing compliance for registration.
Can I Use my current suspension setup.
Portal axels can only legally be installed on
Pre-Rego vehicles. For Engineering & Compliance, we MUST use one of the 2 listed kits above.
If you are looking to get portal axels installed on an already registered vehicle, it will not be road legal, and you can use any suspension you desire.
What models are these for?
The Marks 4wd Portal Axels are designed specifically for the Toyota 70 Series Landcruiser (79 Series Single or Dual Cab, 78 Series Troop Carrier, and 76 Series Wagon).
